Star Wars Convention - Days 1 & 3

Gary and I went to the Star Wars Celebration 5 Convention today at the Orange County Convention Centre. It was insane and runs until Sunday the 15th. Here is an extremely small example of the photos we took. The first one is the autograph Carrie Fisher signed to us. Later is a picture of Gary, Carrie Fisher and I and then Mark Hamill with Gary and I. The others are people in costumes and different exhibits to see and partake in.

Galveston and Dallas Texas - 2nd Anniversary 2010

Texas Book Depository Building, Dallas Texas - the supposed spot of the shooting of JFK on November 22, 1963. Here I am about to enter the building. Gary is hiding behind the fence that persons of interest hid behind on that day. What a eery way to spend our second anniversary - but its a piece of history we both are interested in!

Dinner at La Duni for our anniversary. It is Latin American food and absolutely delicious!

Wine tasting!










We went to Stockyards in Fort Worth, Texas and saw a trick riding show and steer run. We also ate bbq. We had to take photos with all the Willie Nelson stuff (neither of us like Willie Nelson's music) and Gary had to take a photo of the hot cowboy and this was the only horse I was going to get on! It was a "Texas" day!
